Digital downloads

If a file cannot be downloaded or opened, contact us with your order number, file name and device type. We will first help troubleshoot the issue or provide a replacement file. If we cannot resolve the issue and provide a usable file, we will refund the affected purchase. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
